Okay so here are a few things that I learned for myself
- I can live without meat, I do not want to be a vegetarian (yet), but I will probably try to have a few days each week without meat
- I like coffee, but tea in the morning is just as satisfying
- I like wine at night, but juice/seltzer and some tea is fine too, plus I do not like the way my breath tastes from drinking wine
- There is not great time to try a diet like this....you just have to jump right in and do it. I did try to plan it during a week that was not so busy, but life is just busy, especially when you have young kids
And here is a few things I am grateful for
- My husband, who can cook and does cook. Thank you for making meals for yourself and the kids so I could concentrate on my project
- Everyone who encouraged me! I do have a Pitta/vata personality and tend to be very determined and focused when I have a plan, but I really think anyone could try this (if they wanted to)
- Friends who share their health tips, the more you know and learn, the more your world opens up
Thank you all for reading. This was fun!
